The 契約 Keiyaku™ Agreement Model is used to determine whether an organisation satisfies the criteria needed to become a certified WELLBUSINESS™. Upon meeting the criteria, there are two types of certification:

WELLBUSINESS™ PRACTITIONER: Your company demonstrates the commitment, capability and planning to achieve the sustainability criteria but needs to improve on some discretionary WOP's (WELLBUSINESS™ Organisational Practices).

 

WELLBUSINESS™ ACCREDITED: Your company complies with core and discretionary WOP's (WELLBUSINESS™ Organisational Practices) and satisfies the 契約 Keiyaku™ Agreement Model.
