THE ACCREDITATION FRAMEWORK
A WELLBUSINESS™ accreditation ensures that the accredited organisations have a structured and systematic approach to measure, track and improve both quantitative and qualitative indicators.
TYPES OF ACCREDITATION
The 契約 Keiyaku™ Agreement Model is used to determine whether an organisation satisfies the criteria needed to become an accredited WELLBUSINESS™. Upon meeting the criteria, there are two types of accreditation.
THE 契約 KEIYAKU™ AGREEMENT
The WELLBUSINESS™ accreditation methodology uses a pragmatic business approach which incorporates an in-depth analysis of organizational health by achieving organizational agreement between leadership and employees.
THE 健康 KENKŌ™ HEALTH CHECK
A 健康 Kenkō Health Check will form part of the accreditation process to ensure the organisations meet the required WOP's (WELLBUSINESS™ Organisational Practices) from an engagement and risk perspective.
